29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: location: entire site on or about: 12/8/15 a) Employees, engaged in demolition and cleanup activities, were not wearing hard hats. The 4 X 4 General Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046679, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 63-06 Beach Front Road, Arverne, NY 11692.
