29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces: a) Boccella Precast, LLC. - Production Plant located at 122 AC Moore Drive, Berlin NJ: Employees were not informed that spaces such as, but not limited to the cement silo, and the weigh hopper were permit required confined spaces. On or about 12/15/2015. Boccella Precast, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910 146(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 482399, citation number 01, item number 02/a ,and was affirmed as a final order on or about 08/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 324 New Brooklyn Rd, Berlin NJ 08009.
