29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- 130 - 1rst Street, Lakewood NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall and struck by hazards. Condition noted on or about 11/23/15. A & B Builders Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082952, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/15, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Liverpool Way, Block 404.28 - Lot 6, Medford NJ NOTE:. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
