29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) Locust Avenue: On or about November 17, 2015 and times prior, employees were not required to wear eye protection when using a Skil reciprocating saw to cut pieces of metal roof to length, Dewalt 10 inch circular saw to cut furring strips, and nail guns to secure furring strips to the roof.
