29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. a). Maintenance Shop - On or about and times prior to February 10, 2016, the vehicle service pit floor was not maintained in a dry condition due to continual water intrusion from rain water, thus exposing employees to slip and fall hazards. Georgia Farm Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942122, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Fifth Street, Leesburg, GA 31763.
