29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 19 Marlboro Street, Newburyport, MA 01950. On or about November 5, 2015, employee was not protected from falling while performing roofing work on a residential construction project were the height was greater than 19 feet 9 inches to the ground level below and within 5 feet from roof edge. The (Richard Frascone, DBA Superior Home Remodeling) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 563318, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on (9/14/2012), with respect to a workplace located at 53 Old Amesbury Bury Road, Haverhill, MA.
