29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the 28 inches minimum width requirements for exit routes: (a) On or about November 2, 2015, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that the exit path out of the employee locker area was obstructed by boxes, and the exit path out of the extra tire storage/employee break area on the second floor was obstructed by stacked tires.
