29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. 35 Mason Street, Worcester, MA: On or about November 2, 2015 employees were working from a scaffold which was not equipped with guard rails, nets or any other acceptable form of fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards over 16 ft. Construction for You, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.451(g)(1) or its equivalent, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 716943 , citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 836 Main Street Worcester, MA 01607. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
