29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by an employee who is required by 29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1) to wear personal protective equipment. a) MTD Consumer Group Inc., 979 South Conwell Avenue Willard, OH: On or about October 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure the use of hearing protection for employees working on assembly lines, when employee exposure to noise was in excess of 90 decibels. Employee exposure to excessive noise resulted in permanent hearing loss.
