29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Anchors Cove: On or about October 7, 2015 and times prior, employees were performing framing activities using equipment, such as, but not limited to Paslode nail guns, Makita circular saw, and hand held hammers without the use of eye protection and while wearing non-impact resistant sunglasses and non-impact resistant prescription glasses.
