The presses included, but were not limited to, a Gasbarre press (s/n 20131421). The employees reached near the point of operation once per hour to use a paint brush to sweep away powder. B.) P/M National, Inc.; Molding Department - On or about 10/7/15, and at times prior thereto, employees were working at the point of operation on the powdered metal presses that were not guarded.
