29 CFR 1926.800(d): Safety instruction. All employees were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with underground construction activities including, where appropriate, the subjects listed in 29 CFR 1826.800 (d)(1) through (d)(10). Jobsite: Employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of tunnel hazards such as personal protective equipment, air monitoring for respiratory hazards, ventilation and emergency procedures. Atlantic Drain Service Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.800(d)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1067512, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 341 Tremont Street in Boston, MA.
