29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about September 17, 2015; second floor; employee was working below the carpenters that were framing and cleaning the third floor area without wearing head protection. The District Properties was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 397002, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4124 19th Street NE Washington DC 20018.
