29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B): The periodic inspection was not conducted to correct any deviations or inadequacies identified: a) Cometal Engineering Crane: This violation was discovered on or about September 11, 2015, where employees were exposed to electrical and amputation hazards due to inadequacies in the employer's energy control program for employees servicing the Cometal Engineering Crane. THE EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.147(c)(6)(i)(B), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 316092501, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 06/07/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1715 SANDY LAKE ROAD, CARROLLTON, TEXAS 75006.
