29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects: Employees were exposed to being struck in the head by falling roofing material and tools, and the employees were not required to wear a hard hat. Massey Roofing Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard: 29 CFR 1926.100(A) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 551659, CITATION number 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08/28/2012 WITH respect to a workplace located at 1420 W DAYTONA DRIVE, PEORIA ILLINOIS.
