29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a. The platform planks on the carpenters bracket scaffold were 12 inches wide, exposing an employee to a 21 foot fall hazard, on or about 8/26/2015. FLG Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950375, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Post SOHO Square, 720 S Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607.
