29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about 08/12/2015, storage area - two fire extinguishers were not identified. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(C)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection 951336, citation 01, item 02, issued on 11/27/2013, and became a final order on 01/16/2014, with respect to a workplace located on 1400 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, RI 02920
