29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold : Employees engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked were exposed to a fall hazards ranging from approximately 6 feet to 18 feet, on or about 5/14/15. SUPER PLASTER LLC. was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314674185, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/11, with respect to a workplace located at 536 Valley Brook Ave., Lyndhurst NJ.
