29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Garage Bays On or about 08/06/2015, automobile mechanics working beneath vehicles elevated by hydraulic vehicle lifts were not provided with head protection while exposed to stuck-by hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
