29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be conducted by a competent person designated by the employer was not provided by the employer who was responsible to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program: a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. An employee was exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall, electrical, and struck by hazards when performing plywood installation and other related activities. Condition noted on or about 07/16/15. High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060058, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Monterey Bay Road, Block 176.04, Lot 5, Tinton Falls NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
