29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. On 7/15/15, at the Atlanta job site, the employer did not ensure P&ID's were accurate for the existing process. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records. Schwan Global Supply Chain, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941314, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/27/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Lemon Lane, Atlanta, Georgia.
