29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold: Employees without the use of protective helmets were exposed to a struck by hazards while engaged in masonry activities working below other employees, on or about 4/11/15. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004350, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/3/15, with respect to a workplace located at 6-20 Plaza Rd., Fairlawn NJ.
