29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable: a/ At the Kieserling Line, large quantities of of dust composed of Steel Shot Grit and Special Bar Quality were mixed with Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, a liquid rust preventer, and located along the "Wheelabrator" and the designated aisleways in general. A variety of other lubricants were also present on the designated aisleways paralleling this line making walking extremely difficult. b/ At the Schumag Line, large quantities of of dust composed of Steel Shot Grit and Special Bar Quality were mixed with Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, a liquid rust preventer, and located along the "Wheelabrator" and the designated aisleways in general. A variety of other lubricants were also present on the designated aisleways paralleling this line making walking extremely difficult. c/ At the Danieli Line, large quantities of of dust composed of Steel Shot Grit and Special Bar Quality were mixed with Anticorit RP 4107 HCL, a liquid rust preventer, and located along the "Wheelabrator" and the designated aisleways in general.
