29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Employees working in a trench were not wearing protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling objects. VKR Enterprises, Inc. dba Mr. Rooter of Cook County was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949960, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 812 Dresser Dr., Mount Prospect, IL 60056. VKR Enterprises, Inc. dba Mr. Rooter of Cook County was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 833801, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1104 Van Buren St., Des Plaines, IL 60018.
