29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. On or about June 15, 2015, in the walkway at the east side of the production line, employees operating a table saw were exposed to electric shocks when the power cord was not connected to a fitting so that strain relief was provided. b. On or about June 15, 2015, in the catwalk, employees were exposed to electric shocks when flexible cords were not connected to a fitting so that strain relief was provided.
