Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Mental anguish. - 455 So. Central Avenue Scarsdale, NY 10583: (a) On or about 4/27/92, Opening measuring 5" x 9 1/2" were cut in the wall of the bathrooms. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS ..... Follow the requirements of ANSI Z4.1.1968 6.2.6. requirement for sanitation in place of employment. Toilet rooms except those in work places accessible to men only, shall be completely enclosed with solid material that is nontransparent from the outside.
