29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: The employer did not ensure a clear space of at least three feet is maintained on all sides of the spray booth. This violation was observed on or about June 3, 2015, where employees were exposed to hazards associated with fire. Tri State Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989910, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8177 East 44th St., Tulsa, OK 74145.
