29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: (a) 350 North 18th Street, Lebanon Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a hospitalization on May 13, 2015 as a result of a cut to the finger from a Ridgid table saw. The employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. (The employer reported this hospitalization to OSHA on May 15, 2015.) No abatement certification or documentation required.
