29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free unobstructed access. a) Storage Room/break room: The aisle leading from the storage room to the exit door that discharged into the parking lot was obstructed by numerous U-boat carts full of merchandise; on or about 04/09/15. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37 (a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315793539, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/03/12, with respect to a workplace located at 516 Raymond Blvd., Newark, NJ 07105.
