29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. At the time of the inspection on or about 11 May 2015, the assistant store manager and the store manager failed to provide the requested records and/or documentation within the time designated. Records were forwarded via email on the 15th of May, 4 (four) working days after the initial request.
