29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about 4/23/2015, at 1530 Joy Lane, Decatur, GA; employees performing block laying operations were exposed to fall hazards of 19 feet, three (3) inches to the concrete slab below and six (6) feet, five (5) inches to the 2nd level scaffold below, where the scaffold was not fully decked at the 3rd, working level. B&C Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314210717, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 8/1/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 845 Scenic Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045.
