29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. a)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 8, Philadelphia Tramrail, ID Number 1319: The pendant control box was split and missing sections it was wrapped with plastic wrap along the wire and down the top portion of the box, observed on or about 5/13/2015 b)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 9, P&H 5 Ton, Number 994: The pendant control box case was damaged and was wrapped with black electrical tape around the top portion of the box, observed on or about 5/13/2015. c)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 4, P&H 5 ton crane, Id Number 2010: The pendant box was damaged. The lower portion of the back was pushed in and was wrapped with duct tape/ plastic wrap and the rubber boots for the push buttons were missing, observed on or about 6/23/15. d)900 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 4, P&H 10 ton crane, number 2011: The pendant control box was lacking strain relief where the drop cord met the box, observed on or about 4/23/2015. e)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 2, Number 218: The pendant control box was missing the rubber boots over the controls, observed on or about 5/13/2015.
