29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) On or about April 3, 2015, at the above addressed worksite, the employer had established a program but did not conduct an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for tasks such as maintenance on pumps, exposing the employees to the hazards of electrical shock and/or burns, in the event of unexpected energization.
