29 CFR 1917.95(c): The employer did not provide well maintained emergency bathing, eye washing or other facilities where employees were exposed to hazardous substances. (a) On March 25, 2015 the inspection revealed that the employer did not have adequate emergency bathing and eyewash facilities. Located at the SE corner of the dock where corrosive chemicals are transferred into secondary containers.
