29 CFR 1910.119(l)(5): A change covered by this paragraph resulted in a change in the operating procedures or practices required by paragraph (f) of this section, and such procedures or practices were not updated accordingly: (a) On or about 03/13/15 - at Units 3 & 4 Cooling Tower Chlorinator, MILL-00-06001.10 Rev. 0, Operation of Cooling Tower Chlorinator Systems was not updated to reflect the change in MOC 14-02 that changed the control panels to allow for automatic cycling of the chlorination equipment in parallel versus one unit at a time.
