29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees were using a tubular frame scaffold to apply foam to the front of the building. None of the working levels the employees were using was fully planked or decked. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
