29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a- 12 Montclaire Road, Lot 19, Medford NJ: On or about 02/12/15 worksite company employees were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to: struck by hazards, electrical hazards, and fall hazards as a result of frequent and regular inspections not being performed and corrected by a competent person. New Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 638798, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/31/13, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Westbury Drive, Winslow NJ. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
