29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: A) Top of structure: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail guns and electric saws and were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about December 1st, 2014. Estrada & Roca, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 913362, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 4th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 588 Warwic Avenue in Teaneck, NJ.
