29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. a) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification of abatement for citation 1 item 1 in which employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a ladder scaffold that was not inspected for visual defects. On or about 1/23/15. b) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification of abatement for citation 1 item 2 in which employees working approximately 10 feet to the ground were not protected from falling.
