29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: (a) On or about January 21, 2015, in the north side of building #2 of the facility, the employer did not ensure that Pendant Control Station for the Eastern Overhead Bridge Crane had a UL Plate that clearly showed the markings for the voltage, current, wattage and other required information per the standard. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
