29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) MECHANICAL CLOSET: On or about January 20, 2015 employees were exposed to an electrical shock, trip, and fall hazard while accessing panels with materials, such as but not limited to boxes and shop vacuums, stored in front of them. b) MECHANICAL-A: On or about January 20, 2015 employees were exposed to an electrical shock, trip, and fall hazard while accessing panels with materials, such as but not limited to doors and ladders, stored in front of them. The Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984195, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 13303 Jones Maltsberger, San Antonio, TX 78247.
