29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide respirator training that would ensure each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii). On or about December 18, 2014 the employer failed to ensure that all employees had been trained on the proper use of a respirator exposing employees to respiratory hazards at the facility.
