29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a. On or about February 24, 2015, at the Building #1 - Final preparation department, a powered industrial truck (i.e. Komatzu FG40ZT-S) had its seat broken. Contender Boats Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31426506, citation number 1, item number 7, and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1820 SE 38 Avenue, Homestead, FL 33035.
