29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): Visible gauges, audible alarms, or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained: On or about November 20, 2015 at the above addressed job site, employees performing spray painting operation in Binks Manufacturing Company Standard AA-510-530-550-T paint booth, working with flammable chemicals such as but not limited to, Whitaker Oil Company #48 Lacquer Thinner, were exposed to fire hazards due to manometer on paint booth not in service.
