Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1917.111(d): All walking and working surfaces in the terminal areas were not maintained in good repair: A) Warehouse #5 on or about November 18, 2014, the concrete floor in warehouse #5 was cracked and uneven creating trip hazards and dropping a load being carried by a forklift. Liberty Terminals, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1917.111(d) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 419384 citation number (1), item number (4), and was affirmed on October 29, 2012, through an informal settlement agreement, with respect to a workplace located at 112 Marine Terminal Dr., Savannah, GA.
