29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. a) Building 9, outside power panel on the East and North east corner next to the transformer bank were not labeled. b) At Building 11, circuit breaker in the manual center/right to know center breaker #1, circuit breaker panel A, was not labeled. c) At the Mechanic Building 64, Gray electrical power panel next to the main power panel, circuit breakers #14,16 and 18 were not labeled. The SOC Nevada LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904816 citation number 1, item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/03/2013 with respect to a workplace located at US Army Depot, Hawthorne, NV 89415.
