29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer did not inspect, maintain or test portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: a) Fire extinguishers were not inspected, maintained or tested by the employer. The employees work at the site on a daily basis. The condition was most recently observed on November 13, 2014, and existed at times thereafter. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314337262, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 315 West Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314337262, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 315 West Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY.
