29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: a) Throughout the facility; The employer did not have a written emergency action plan for employees working in the facility. Employees were not aware of the procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency evacuation. The North American Container Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.38(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 955406, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 504 Corinth Rd.
