29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a suface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source: (a). The Exit sign at the entrance of the warehouse area from the administration area was no illuminated, on or about October 28, 2014. (b). The Exit sign at the rear exit by human resources office was not illuminated, on or about October 28, 2014.
