29 CFR 1910.1018(o)(2)(i): The employer shall make readily available to all affected employees a copy of this standard and its appendices: (a)Bass Pro Shops at 7970 Northfield Blvd in Denver, CO: On and preceding 10/08/14, the employer did not ensure that employees with potential skin exposure and irritation to inorganic arsenic were provided with a copy of this standard and its appendices. Wipe samples indicated the presence of inorganic arsenic on a workbench in the gunsmith area.
